Does He Like Me? 4 Simple Steps to Find Out

Here's how to avoid making a fool out of yourself if you're not sure if a guy likes you but you want to find out.

1) It seems almost cliche, but having one of your friends ask one of his friends if he likes you is one of the best ways. This can be done casually by saying, "I noticed [his name] looking at [your name] a lot, does he like her?"

By having the question be based on her supposed observation, it's risk-free, you're not sticking out your neck at all, and based on the response, you can learn a lot.

2) Going out of his way to run into you. When a guy likes somebody, he'll go to huge lengths to "happen to run into you". Don't believe his excuse for a second, if he's trying to be around you, that's a huge sign.

3) His response when you make eye contact. When he catches you looking at him, what's his response? If he looks away shyly, that can be a sign he likes you. If he gives you a big smile, that can also be a sign. Look for that special spark that lets you know something's going on.

4) If he starts touching you in any way, that's a great sign... whether it's a hand on your shoulder, or touching your arm as he's talking, people touch others when they're trying to make a connection. If he hasn't touched you, you can try touching him first, which opens the door and gives him permission to reciprocate.
